If I could give 20 stars I would.  Bill was wonderful and very informative, very non judgmental. Gracie is an absolute queen and walked us through every step with grace and kindness. We had a USDA loan we were refinancing and they are a royal pain to get anything done. Gracie helped when I thought I was going to pull my hair out. I cannot recommend them enough. So kind and knowledgeable.
